一定流量的冲洗液会提高根管冲洗的效果。这篇研究的目的是为了体外评估比较2种负压系统在3种不同传递流速下于中度弯曲根管内冲洗液达到根尖区域的流量。

研究将30颗弯曲度在20°-40°之间的磨牙近颊根管预备至#40 .04锥度，并形成封闭系统。使用EndoVac (SybronEndo， Orange， CA)和INP needle (Mixnus Fine Engineering Co Ltd， Nagano， Japan) (2者为独立变量)按照3， 6和12 mL/min的速率对根管进行30 seconds的冲洗。采用复原追踪技术收集负压针吸出的冲洗液。冲洗液的体积（因变量）采用毫升单位计量。使用混合方差分析对数据进行统计学评估。

结果显示，在负压系统和所收集到的冲洗液体积之间存在明显的相互影响(P < .0005)。在不同的负压系统中，INP的平均冲洗液流量在3 (P < .001)， 6 (P < .001)和2 mL/min (P < .001)的流速下更高。2种负压针在不同流速下其平均流量具有显著性差异(P < .001)。

结论：对EndoVac和INP来说，冲洗流速的提高均会促使流量的增加。与EndoVac相比，INP针在3种不同流速下于根尖1/3处均会达到更高的冲洗流量。
