Oncotarget：青蒿琥酯改性的纳米氧化石墨烯可用于癌症的化疗-光热治疗

虽然近红外（NIR）辐照nGO-PEG并不会诱导产生细胞毒性，但是NIR照射下nGO-PEG的光热效应不仅增强了细胞摄取，还增强了nGO-PEG-ARS对ONOO─的产生，导致了nGO-PEG-ARS对杀伤HepG2细胞的协同化学光热效应。使用Fe（III）5,10,15,20-四（4-磺酸基苯基）卟啉氯化物（FeTTPS，ONOO-清除剂）代替抗氧化剂N-乙酰半胱氨酸（NAC，ROS清除剂）预处理可明显阻断nGO-PEG-ARS的细胞毒性，无论有或没有NIR照射，表明ONOO-代替ROS主导了nGO-PEG-ARS的协同化学-光热抗癌作用。与其他处理组相比，使用NIR照射的nGO-PEG-ARS 15天内得到完全的肿瘤治愈，并且在用或不用NIR照射的nGO-PEG-ARS处理小鼠30天，并没有诱导明显的组织损伤，进一步证明了nGO-PEG-ARS具有协同的化学-光热抗癌作用。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，nGO-PEG-ARS是一个多模式协同癌症治疗的多功能纳米平台。
