J Endod:根管内二氯异氰尿酸钠和氢氧化钙封药7天的灭菌效果比较:一项体外研究

根管治疗过程中,推荐使用药物治疗根管感染。这篇研究的目的是在构建3种属生物膜根管模型中评估一种众所周知的灭菌药物二氯异氰尿酸钠(NaDCC)的抗微生物效果,并与氢氧化钙(Ca(OH)2)做比较。

研究将人38颗单根牙齿去冠,进行机械预备,使用流动细胞模型将Enterococcus faecalis, Actinomyces viscosus和Streptococcus mutans接种于根管内4周以促进生物膜形成。研究将样本随机分为3组:NaDCC (n=12), Ca(OH)2 (n=12)和阳性对照(no medicament) (n=14)。使用根管糊剂螺旋输送器将药物导入根管内。在药物接触7天后粉碎牙齿并置于选择培养基内进行培养。细菌鉴定则通过选择培养基进行确认。计算菌落形成单位(CFU/ml)。计算描述性统计结果[mean and standard deviations (SD)]。

结果显示,NaDCC或Ca(OH)2 7天封药后,无细菌生长。阳性对照组的平均CFU/ml为2.97E4 ± 3.42E4。所有之前接种的菌株均在对照组内复苏。

结论:NaDCC和Ca(OH)2作为根管内封药能够消灭体外单根牙齿模型中构建的3种属生物膜。NaDCC作为根管内药物值得进一步研究。
