研究认为，DNA损伤免疫反应是预测食道腺癌新辅助化疗治疗响应的有效方法

目前食道腺癌（OAC）的新辅助化疗后治疗响应缺少有效的评估方法，近日研究人员评估了DNA损伤免疫反应(DDIR)对OAC新辅助化疗响应的预测效果。

研究人员对273个化疗前内镜OAC活检样本进行了转录分析。所有患者接受了铂基础新辅助化疗和切除治疗。对126个样本进行了CD8和PD-L1免疫组织化学染色评估。研究的主要终点为无疾病复发存活期(RFS)和总生存期(OS)与DDIR状态的相关性。

66个OAC样本（24%）的DDIR为阳性，其余207个样本（76%）为阴性。根据多元分析，DDIR阳性与RFS（HR：0.61）和OS（HR：0.52）延长相关。DDIR阳性患者的病理反应率较高，淋巴及边缘受累减少，但单纯手术组DDIR状态与OS的相关性不显著。DDIR阳性OAC与CD8淋巴细胞以及PD-L1阳性相关。

研究认为，DNA损伤免疫反应是预测食道腺癌新辅助化疗治疗响应的有效方法。
